r <br /> Steve wants it explained how we will handle turning over that <br /> part of the building. <br /> Steve asked where we stand with Mr. Gunn? <br /> Paul let him know he is not going anywhere until the job is <br /> complete , and the Selectmen voted the same . <br /> TECHNOLOGY <br /> There was a pre-bid conference last Wednesday. CCR was supposed <br /> to have an addendum out last week but no one has seen it yet. <br /> Steve had questions on the sound system for the auditorium, there <br /> was no hint in the spec that CCR knew anything about it. <br /> Joel said it is part of the base contract. <br /> Steve said CCR provided the interface and it doesn' t connect and <br /> there is duplication of some of the equipment from the base <br /> contract. Joel will look into it. <br /> Paul asked about Merrimack, who is supposed to be working with <br /> CCR. We have not heard from them. They are supposed to help <br /> choose the software , provide guidance . John Williams has not <br /> spoken to them at all . He choose the administrative software . <br /> Merry Sue ' s concern is they are receiving bid packages ( group 3 ) <br /> with software speced in it from Manny Tavares. <br /> Joel will talk to CCR about it. <br /> The technology bids are due on June 5th at 11: 00 at town hall . <br /> CCR will present their recommendations and ranking to the <br /> subcommittee on June 7th at 9 : 00 . The subcommittee will then <br /> present it to the full committee. <br /> PROFESSIONAL FEES <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their <br /> approval and payment a fee invoice for SMMA for <br /> $59 , 224 . 05 for basic service and additional services for <br /> review and quality control and additional services from 2 <br /> months ago that was held. Merry Sue seconded the <br /> motion. All members were in favor 5-0 . ** <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their <br /> approval and payment a fee invoice for Chartwell for <br /> $24 , 419 .45 for basic services and clerk of the works for <br /> April . Merry Sue seconded ed the <br /> May and clerk overtime for p y <br /> motion. All members were in favor 5-0 . ** <br /> The Committee received a fee request for additional services from <br /> SMMA for VHB work to prepare a plan for taking of land associated <br /> with road improvements . Paul asked if the October time frame is <br /> still acceptable? <br /> Greg Taylor thinks that it will be OK. The State , in reviewing <br /> the drawings , have now said they would prefer a 4 lane <br /> intersection on 151 rather than 3 lanes. He does not know where <br /> 6 <br />
