Joel gave an update on the additional fields/road improvement <br /> contract . There will be a pre-bid meeting June 21st at 10: 00 . <br /> Bids are due back July 3rd at 2 : 00 at town hall . Hopefully it <br /> will get approval from the Selectmen at their July 22nd meeting . <br /> John Williams said there is no score board on the football field. <br /> You can get one from a vendor but then have to commit to that <br /> product for a period of time. <br /> Joel said often they are donated. He needs a recommendation on <br /> what they should do. <br /> Dr. DeMoura asked how much it will cost?
