** Paul made a motion to forward for payment Andrew Chartwell invoice for <br /> $29,611.33. Merry Sue seconded the motion. All members were in favor 5-0** <br /> Paul said Chartwell is going to work on getting a dollar figure for all the items this Committee <br /> cannot complete so it can be transferred to the School Department. <br /> Exterior block: there is an issue with cracking in some window bays. It will have to be saw cut <br /> and caulked. Paul asked Joel to prepare the necessary documents and hopefully will have it out <br /> to bid this week.
