Goal 7, Human Resources and Professional Development Staff will devote professional development time to work in effective professional learning communities. The PLCs are based on the research of DuFour, DuFour, Baker and Many. t es. , District release time will provide for teacher collaboration to improve student learning. Staff will be committed to their weekly, monthly and yearly professional development times.
