Conduct fact-finding visitations to technology-using districts, to determine what is possible, <br /> what is working, how it is being used, etc. <br /> 7. Produce a draft report summarizing tasks 3,4,5 and 6 above. <br /> 8. Assess, in detail, all prior materials associated with the Technology Program. Produce a final <br /> Technology Implementation Plan encompassing: <br /> ® Background <br /> a Technology Learning/Use Philosophy <br /> e Staff Survey Results <br /> ® Recommendation <br /> ® Staff Development Plan <br /> e Budget <br /> a Implementation Plan <br /> o Implementation RFPs, Schedules, and other bid materials <br /> 9. Conduct a presentation to the Building Committee to discuss the final report. Seek input from <br /> other subcommittees. Incorporate changes into the final report. Obtain approval and sign-off. <br /> 10' Present final Technology Implementation Plan to the Building Committee for adoption. <br /> PHASE 2: Development <br /> I. Meet with Project Team to review and suggest final field modifications to building systems to <br /> support the Technology Implementation Plan(electrical, climate control, security, room layout, <br /> cable routes, physical location of devices, etc.)- (assist with necessary, if any change orders). <br /> 2. Produce any additional low voltage signal building blueprints for construction purposes (includes <br /> cable routes, details, and consecutive numbering of outlets. <br /> 3. Produce RFPs, bid plans and specifications for bidding purposes. <br /> 4. Review RFPs, bid plans and specifications with Building Committee. Make changes as needed. <br /> Obtain sign-off. <br /> 5. Produce and deliver one (1)master bid specification (per RFP), with bidders list, for the Town to <br /> issue. <br /> 6. Conduct on site pre-bid meeting with prospective bidders. <br /> 7. Respond to all addendum questions relative to the RFPs ; all addendum's to be issued by the <br /> Town. <br /> 8. Analyze bid for technical merit and compliance. Discuss bid results with the project team and <br /> Building Committee. Produce recommendation report for the Building Committee. <br /> 9. Present recommendation report to the Building Committee. <br /> PHASE 3: Implementation, Integration, and Administration <br /> Symmes Maini and McKee Associates,Inc. <br />
