Let's call this my"pragmatic opinion". Furthermore, this space will be better able to be used <br /> for its intended educational use than comparable modular units. This opinion is, of course, barring <br /> unforeseen conditions such as 30 days and 30 nights of rain,floods, fires, etc. <br /> The above pragmatic opinion is totally separate from my"contractual opinion". It is possible that the <br /> contractor will not be able to meet the schedule and deliver the area described in the contract. But, this <br /> is a legal contractual issue, not a pragmatic reality.
