Fishing will be allowed on Wednesdays,Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. <br /> 2. Residents and taxpayers of the Town of Mashpee are entitled to 1/2 bushel of herring or <br /> alewives per day for each household. All other residents of Massachusetts must have a <br /> permit,obtainable at the Selectmen's Office at Town hall,or produce proof of <br /> residency. The charge for this permit will be$4, which will allow the holder one(1) <br /> bushel per week Bait permit holders will be allowed five(5)bushels per day. Charge <br /> for bait permits will be$15 for the season. <br /> A <br /> 3. Herring or alewives may be taken by dip net only. <br /> 4. Herring or alewives may not be disturbed outside of catch area. <br /> f. <br /> f <br /> 5. Herring or alewives may be taken from designated areas only. <br /> 6. All herring or alewives taken from the water must be placed in a suitable box,pail,bag <br /> or container and removed from the area. <br /> 7. Throwing objects in the waterway and/or malicious destruction of herring or alewives ' <br /> is prohibited. <br /> 8. There will be no littering in the area. , <br /> 9. No commercial fishing will be permitted A limit of 10 bait permits per season will be �. <br /> issued. 1' <br /> 10.
