Fishing will be <br /> Sundays only. allowed on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and <br /> �. Residents and taxpayers of the Town of Mashpee are entitled to 112 <br /> bushel of herring or-alewives per day for each household. All other <br /> residents of Massachusetts must have a peruii-t, obtainable at th <br /> 4 <br /> Selectmen's Office at town Hall , e <br /> or produce proof of residency.. The <br /> charge for this permit will be ;4 <br /> one (1) bushel per week. which will allow the holder <br /> Bait permit holders will be allowed five (5) bushels per day. Charge <br /> -for bait peewits will be $15.00 for the season. <br /> 3. Herring or alewives 111ay be taken by dip net only. <br /> 4. Herring or alewives may not be disturbed outside of catch area. <br /> 5. Herring or alewives mwy be taken frow disignated areas only. <br /> 6. All herring or alewives taken from the water must be placed in a Suit- <br /> _able box, pail , bag or container and removed frwn the area. <br /> 7. Throwing objects in the waterway and/or malicious destruc`ion of her► <br /> Tiny or•alrwives is prohibited. <br /> U. There will be no littering in the area. <br /> 9. No coumuercial fishing will be pen'iitted. A limit of 1Q hait penuits <br /> per season will be issued. <br /> 10. No herring or alewives are to be taken once they reach. the ladders, <br /> except on the southside of Route 130 on the Mashpee River (Mus <br /> Parking lot). <br /> 11.
