Shellfish permits are not transferable to persons <br /> other than those allowed under the following <br /> definitions : <br /> i <br /> Family Permits - Issued to a single majority aged <br /> adult or to the head of a household for the express ' <br /> use of obtaining shellfish for personal use. <br /> Shellfish obtained under this permit may not be <br /> sold or traded for other considerations . A family t ' <br /> permit is for the use of the permit-holder. his <br /> or her spouse and their minor-aged children <br /> domiciled and living under their roof. Children <br /> under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an <br /> adult member of their family. Only one permit per <br /> family will be issued. <br /> Resident/Taxpayer - Permits are issued to persons who <br /> own a home, condominium or property in the Town of <br /> Mashpee and pays taxes to the town, or who is a <br /> resident and domiciled in the Town of Mashpee. Proof , , <br /> of residency or ownership will be required to obtain <br /> a permit . <br /> Senior Citizen - Permits are issued to individualsi <br /> who meet the above requirements and who have reached it <br /> the age of 62 on or before December 31, 1989 . (Must <br /> be born before December 31 , 1927 . ) <br /> 0;; <br /> Non-Resident - Permits are issued to an individual ,' <br /> who is a resident and is domiciled in the <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts .
