If a <br /> motion w--re made to lessen the area, that would be appropriate. <br /> Including these other lots would go beyond the intent of the <br /> hearir_g. Any action taken by the Town would be struck by the <br /> Attorney General. <br /> Earl 14arsters: Based on your advise, I will not make an amendment. The Plan- <br /> ning Board did hold a Public hearing on this Article and we <br /> voted in favor of it. Ordinarily we do not favor re-zoning <br /> small parcels of land. This is a unique situation. What happens : <br /> here is that we have an island of Industrial land in between <br />
