Moderator read Article 13 <br /> i <br /> ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will vote to instruct <br /> and direct the Board of Selectmen to file a Home Rule <br /> petition to the General Court in substantially the fol- <br /> lowing form: <br /> An Act exemptingthe positions ofplumbinginspector � <br /> and gas inspector in the Town of Mashpee from the <br /> provisions of the Civil Vrvice Law. ' <br /> Section-1. The pusitiom' 5 of plumbing inspector and <br /> gas inspector in the Town of Mashpee shall be exempt <br /> from the provisions of Chapter thirty-one of the Gen- <br /> eral Laws. <br /> Section 2. The provisions of Section 1. shall not <br /> impair the Civil Service status of any persons holding ''' <br /> the positions of plumbing inspector or gas inspector in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on the effective date of this Act. <br /> Section 3.
