<br /> the Town By-Laws by deleting Sections 4.5.3, 4.5.5,
<br /> x,5,7, 4.5.9 and by adding thereto the following:

<br /> 4.5.3.2. f be changed to read 11 Drinks or consumes any alcoholic bev-
<br /> erages in any motor vehicle either parked or being operated, or in any
<br /> public- place-as defined by this ordinance within the Town of Mashpde,
<br /> excepting -such beverages served on, the premises of' alcoholic beve-cage
<br /> licensees during the hours permitted by law; "
<br /> Section 4.5.3 Disorderly Conduct. e) Obstructs, either singly or together with other ;
<br /> persons, the flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic
<br /> Section 4.5.3.1 Definition. "Public Place". shall and refuses to clear such public way or public place
