It will not require any vote of further actions of any la il : <br /> body. <br /> Nlrs Cuthbert: If the Library Study Committee has funds left over; it <br /> will be returned to the General Fund? <br /> Mr .Garland: In Section 3.7.3. it states " Unless otherwise <br /> provided in a vote of the Town Meeting making a <br /> specific appropriation, or unless a specific appro- <br /> priation has been encumbered by contractural obliga- <br /> tions,specific appropriations shall have a normal life <br /> of three(3)years from the commencement of the fiscal „g <br /> year in which it was approved. At the end of the third <br /> fiscal year, any funds remaining in that appro- ' <br /> priation shall revert to the general fund. <br /> i." <br /> Moderator: Any other discussion?
