TOWN OF 14ASHPEE SPECIAL TOWN MEET114G DECEMBER 3, 1984 Barnstable, ss: To the Constable of the Town of Mashpee Greetings: in the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the election, to meet at the Mashpee Middle School on Monday, the third day of December 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the following purposes: To act on the Articles contained in the following warrant: Article 1 . To see if the Town will vote to purchase and equip, or lease, a new class 1 ambulance and to appropriate a sum of money for said purpose; and that to meet said appropriation the Town vote to transfer a sum of money from the Ambulqnce Receipts Account and vote to borrow, or otherwise incur indebtedness a sum of money; and further, that the Town vote to authorize the Treasurer, with approval of the Board of Selectmen, to borrow a sum of money at one time, or from time to time, under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 of Massachusetts General Laws, or any other enabling authority. and to issue bonds or notes therefore: and still further, that the Town direct proceeds received from the ambulance service fees be restricted for use to pay' the principal and interest without further approortation until such time as the debt has been retired, appropriate $78,621 .00 transfer 99000.001-1,,vat i:�,.... borrow $69,621 .00 7:46 P.M. motion carries Article 2. To see it the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from available funds a sum of money to purchase and equip a 1 ton pick-up truck with a utility body, indefinitely postponed 7:50 P.M. motion carries Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from the Revenue Available for Appropriation Account a sum of money to purchase and install c untcations equipment for town public safety departments, indefinitely postponed 7:52 P.M. motion carries.
