ARTICLE 57 : To see if the Town will vote to authorize the
<br /> Board of Selectmen to acquire for con=.ervation purposes by
<br /> purchase or eminent domain under M . G . L . Chapter 79 , the
<br /> entire fee interest in a parcel of land approximately
<br /> 24 . 1 acres identified on the Mashpee Assessors' Map 103,
<br /> Plot 12 , generally described ason the east side of Great
<br /> Ha,% Road approximately 800 feet north of De Grasse Road and
<br /> Ivinq between Great Hay Road and the Ockway Bay Estates
<br /> Subdivision , more specifically described as Lot 79 on a
<br /> plan of IAnd entitled " Plan of Land in M.ashpee, Newell B.
<br /> Snow surveyor " dated June 15, 1950 and May 18 , 1952 , said
<br /> plan being filed with Certificate of Title No . 29602 , and
<br /> being Land Court Plan No . 30191 A , a copy of which is on
<br /> file in the Town Clerk ' s Otiice , the said land to be held
<br /> in the care and custody of the Conservation Commission ,
<br /> pursuant to General Laws Chapter 40 , Section 8C ; further
<br /> to see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money
<br /> for such purpose , including expenses incidental and relat.ed.._____._.
<br /> thereto, and to authorize the Treasurer , with the approval
<br /> of the Selectmen , to borrow said sum or a portion thereof
<br /> under and pursuant to Chapter 44 , Section 7 ( 3) and, if
<br /> applicable , Section 8C , of the General Laws , or any other
