<br /> said land to be held in the care and custody of the Con-
<br /> sery atlon Commission , purusant to Massachusetts General Laws
<br /> Chapter 40 , Section 3C ; and further to see if the Town will
<br /> mote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for such pur-
<br /> pose , including expense=_. incidental and related thereto ,
<br /> either by transfer from available funds or by borrowing ,
<br /> and to authorize the Treasurer , with the approval of the
<br /> Selectmen , to borrow said sum or a portion thereof under and
<br /> pursuant to Chapter 44 , Section 7 ( 3) and , if applicable ,
<br /> Section 3C , of the General Laws , or any other enabling
<br /> authority , and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefor ,
