buildings and facilities for providing to the <br /> OSID sewage collection , treatment and I -- <br /> disposal , potable and other water , temporary <br /> trash storage ( in structures less than 200 square <br /> feet in floor area) and other utilities, and for <br /> the operation and maintenance thereof , but not <br /> including restaurants , golf course <br /> clubhouses , real estate offices and the like <br /> except under the provisions of Subsection <br /> 9 . 327 below .
