(b) One lot for use by one one-family dwelling and one accessory <br /> dwelling may be created for each 2 residential units allowed by <br /> Subsection D, provided that said lot shall be serviced by a public or <br /> private wastewater treatment plant. Once created, said lot shall <br /> have no limit on number of bedrooms. <br /> (c) One-family dwellings may be constructed other than on <br /> individual lots, provided that the total number of bedrooms in <br /> the OSID which are not constructed on individual lots created <br /> under the provision of Subsections A or B shall not exceed two <br /> and two-tenths (2.2) times the number of residential units allowed <br /> by Subsection 174-46D." <br /> Add the following to Subsection 174-46B.(3). <br /> "or visitors." <br /> In Subsection 174-46B.(5), first sentence, change the phrase "will serve only residents <br /> of the OSID" to "will primarily serve residents ofaQ xx the OSID <br /> In Subsection 174-46C(1), add the following at the end of the first sentence: "unless a <br /> management plan for said open space has been approved by the Planning Board and <br /> the Conservation Commission which may include up to ten percent (10%) disturbed <br /> area." <br /> In Subsection 174-46C.(2), add the following new sentence after the second sentence: <br /> ` "The Planning Board may waive or reduce the requirement for said <br /> buffer strip (except along a public way), where the legal owner of the <br /> abutting property has certified, in writing, that he has no objection to <br /> the elimination or reduction of said buffer strip." <br /> In Subsection 174-46C.(3), amend the first two sentences to read as follows: <br /> "Any open space required to meet the minimum provisions of <br /> Subsection C shall be surveyed, properly bounded on the ground by <br /> " concrete monuments, and shown on a plan recorded at the Barnstable <br /> County Registry of Deeds or Land Court Registry. Said plan shall be <br /> recorded and said boundary monuments shall be set within six (6) <br /> months of the approval of the OSID special permit by the Planning <br /> Board, along with the covenants and restrictions required by subsection <br /> C.(4) below." <br />
