<br /> To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout of Scituate Road, Alden
<br /> Road, Essex Road, Oregon Road and Radcliffe Road, as public ways as shown on
<br /> plans entitled "Compliled Road Taking for Timberlane Shores Subdivision in
<br /> Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts " , dated April, 1994 by B.S.C.
<br /> Group, Inc. , which layout shall have been filed in the Office of the Town
<br /> Clerk, not later than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and
<br /> to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase or eminent
<br /> domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of such way as so laid out,
<br /> and to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds or borrow a sum or
<br /> sums for such purchase or taking including borrowing costs therefor, and to
<br /> further authorize the Board of Selectmen to assess betterments to the owners
<br /> of the land abutting the ways.

<br /> legal, financing and other costs incidental and related thereto; and that
<br /> the Board of Selectmen is authorized to assess betterments to the owners of
<br /> the land abutting the ways.
