Also add the following new sentence: "Where lots have been created pursuant to special permit under Sections 174-46 or 174-47, the portion of any lot lying within a Zone II which may be rendered impervious shall be fifteen percent ( 15% of that portion of the entire subdivision lying with a Zone II, including preserved open space areas but minus any street layouts, divided by the number of lots so created within a Zone II, or 2500 square feet, whichever is greater. ' On Section 174-81, add the following phrase at the beginning of Subsections A,B C, L and N: "Within the Zone II of any existing or proposed public water supply well , " To Subsection 174-81.N. add the following: "except for lots created under Sections 174-46 or 174-47, for which the area rendered impervious may be as provided in Subsection 174-80.F. " To Section 174-82, add the following phrase at the beginning of Subsection A. (1) "Within the Zone II of any existing or proposed public water supply well, " and add the following sentence at the end: "Outside a Zone II no special permit shall be required. " Submitted by the Planning Board and the Board of Selectmen Motion to accept Article 34 as printed in the warrant except to add the following sentence to the new sentence proposed for Subsection 174-80 F: "Outside of Zone II areas, said limits on impervious surface coverage shall not apply. District, beginning with the words "Beginning at a point at the center line of Route 130" and ending with the words "190 feet more or less; " and replace them with the following: "Beginning at the point where the northern property line of that parcel of land shown on the 1992 Mashpee Assessors Maps as Map 13, Block 7 intersects the western shore of Mashpee Pond; Thence westerly and southerly along the northern and western property line of said Block 7 to the sideline of Route 130; Thence across Route 130 to the point where the eastern property line of Map 13, Block 47 intersects the sideline of Route 130;
