Submitted by the Conservation Commission <br /> Motion to amend section 5 A. ( 3) of Chapter 172 to read: Any person filing a <br /> Notice of Intent with the Commission of the date and time of the hearing <br /> required, provide a copy of said written notice to all property owners within <br /> one hundred ( 100) feet of the boundary of the property upon which the work is <br /> proposed, according to the most recent records of the Assessors, including thosa <br /> property owners across any public or private road or way, of a body of water anc <br /> in another municipality, Said notice shall be by certified mail, return receipi <br /> requested, and shall be in a form prescribed by the Commission. Said notice <br /> shall specify the time and date of the hearing, shall describe the proposed <br /> activity and the location thereof and state where the Notice of Intent and plana <br /> may be examined by interested parties and where a copy of the Notice of Intent <br /> may be obtained. The Commission and/or its Agent may require the applicant to <br /> notify ( in the same forementioned manner) additional property owners within <br /> three hundred (300) feet of the boundary of the property on which the work is <br /> proposed. If such additional notification is deemed necessary by the <br /> Commission, notice of such shall be provided to the applicant with the written <br /> notice of the time and date of the hearing for said Notice of Intent. <br /> Motion carries by voice vote . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 10:40 p.m. (5/3) <br /> Article 33. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law by correcting the number <br /> of the footnote contained in Article 26 adopted at the October 4,1993 Annual <br /> Town Meeting from 16 to 17 as well as correcting the reference to said foot nate <br /> in the Section 174-31 Land Space Requirements Table. <br /> Submitted by the Planning Board <br /> Motion to accept Article 33 as printed in the warrant. <br /> Motion carries unanimously by voice vote. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 10 :41 p.m. (5/3) <br /> Article 34. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by amending Article XIII <br /> Groundwater Protection District as follows : <br /> In Section 174-78, add the following new definition: <br /> "ZONE II --The Zone II recharge area of an existing or proposed public water <br /> supply well that has been delineated in conformance with the provisions of 310 <br /> CMR 22.21, as amended, pursuant to the criteria set forth in the Guidelines and <br /> Policies for Public Water Supply Systems published by the Mass. Dept. of <br /> Environmental Protection, Division of Water Supply, as amended. " <br /> In Section 174-80, add the following to Subsection F: <br /> At the beginning add the following phrase: "Within the Zone II of any existing <br /> or proposed public water supply well , " <br />
