Motion carries unanimously. . . . . . . . . . . 8:55 p.m. Article 17 To see if the Town will vote to grant an easement in, over, under and upon the land shown as Assessors Map 98, Lot 25 to the Mashpee Water District for water supply, distribution, and well head protection purposes and all purposes reasonably related thereto; and that the Board of Selectmen and Conservation Commission be hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Mashpee Water District all plans and instruments necessary to effectuate the purposes of this article and' the granting of such an easement to the Mashpee Water District.
