Motion: The Town vote to grant an easement in, over, under and upon the land <br /> shown as Assessors Map 98, Lot 25 to the Mashpee Water District for water <br /> supply, distribution, and well head protection purposes and all purposes <br /> reasonably related thereto; and that the Board of Selectmen and Conservation <br /> Commission be hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Mashpee Water <br /> District all plans and instruments necessary to effectuate the purposes of <br /> this article and the granting of such an easement to the Mashpee Water. <br /> District, and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to petition the General <br /> Court for any special legislation which may be necessary therefor. <br /> Motion carries unanimously. . . . . . . . .8:58 p.m. <br /> Article 18 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law by adding they <br /> following to Section 174-32 Fire Protection: <br /> "Where there is a lot with only a one-family dwelling and/or a <br /> residential accessory building, such access, where it lies within the lot, may, <br /> be by a maintained all-weather surface driveway constructed by any combination <br /> and manipulation of soils, with or without admixtures, which produce a firm' <br /> mass capable of supporting fire apparatus in all weather conditions and having <br /> an improved surface width of twelve ( 12) feet and a cleared width of sixteen <br /> ( 16) feet.
