<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower th Board of
<br /> Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Dry Hollow Lane and
<br /> Weather Cresent and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and
<br /> related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from
<br /> available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Dry Hollow Lane and
<br /> Weather Cresent Roads Account and to raise said appropriation the Treasurer
<br /> with the approval of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to borrow at one
<br /> time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 4,
