" , December 10, 1965, prepared by Mercer <br /> Engineering Corp. , South Yarmouth, Mass. , and recorded at the Registry of <br /> Deeds on April 3, 1969 Plan Book 227, Page 89, and to authorize and empower <br /> the Board of Selectmen to acquire the fee ownership on, over and under the <br /> said roads as so defined, by eminent domain, and to accomplish said purpose <br /> and for expenses incidental and related thereto and to make repairs and <br /> reconstruction to said roads, the Town vote to appropriate and to raise such <br /> appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be <br /> authorized to borrow at one time or from time to time, under and pursuant to <br /> Chapter 44, Section 7 of the Massachusetts General Laws, or any other enabling <br /> authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefore; and further the <br /> Town vote to raise and appropriate or appropriate and transfer from available <br /> funds to the Roadways Account to provide for debt issuance Expenses; and <br /> further, that the Board of Selectmen is authorized to assess betterments to <br /> the owners of land abutting the ways. <br /> Motion: To waive reading of Article 33. <br /> Motion carries. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 11:42 p.m. <br /> Motion: The Town vote to accept the Article as written.
