To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to grant to Commonwealth Electric Company an easement on Town owned land at the corner of Old Barnstable Road and Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 151), and shown on Mashpee Assessors Map 73,Lot 45 to install and maintain underground electric cable and any other equipment deemed necessary to service the new Mashpee High School, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen Explanation: This article seeks to grant to the Commonwealth Electric Company the necessary easement to maintain underground electric service the New High School.
