<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to grant to Commonwealth
<br /> Electric Company an easement to install and maintain one pole, anchor, guy, and wire on
<br /> property located at 101 Lovell's Lane and shown as Parcel #41 on Assessors Map #35 for the
<br /> purpose of servicing Lot 19A located at 210 Simon Lowe Road, or take any other action relating
<br /> thereto.

<br /> Article 27.
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to re-accept the layouts of High Sachem Road, Matchewuttah Road,
<br /> Papnommett Road, Ships Lantern Drive, Clipper Street, Compass Drive, Topsail Road, Ships
<br /> Rudder Drive, Ships Wheel Drive, Davit Road, Porthole Drive, Ships Anchor Drive, Shipwreck :
<br /> Drive, Vista Circle, Scituate Road, Alden Road, Essex Road, Oregon Road, Radcliffe Road,
<br /> Brewster Road, Chatham Lane, Harwich Road, Dennis Road, and Truro Road in order to permit
<br /> the acquisition of necessary easements within 120 days of the acceptance of the layouts pursuant °
<br /> to G.L. c. 82, §24, or take any other action relating thereto.

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to petition the Massachusetts
<br /> Legislature for special legislation which would allow the assessment of betterments, pursuant to
<br /> G.L. c. 80, in connection with improvements to High Sachem Road, Matchewuttah Road,
<br /> Papnommett Road, Ships Lantern Drive, Clipper Street, Compass Drive, Topsail Road, Ships
<br /> Rudder Drive, Ships Wheel Drive, Davit Road, Porthole Drive, Ships Anchor Drive, Shipwreck
<br /> Drive, Vista Circle, Scituate Road, Alden Road, Essex Road, Oregon Road, Radcliffe Road,
<br /> Brewster Road, Chatham Lane, Harwich Road, Dennis Road, and Truro Road, which
<br /> improvements were undertaken under the authority and by virtue of votes of the Inhabitants of
<br /> the Town of Mashpee, authorizing the imposition of betterments acting under Articles 26, and 27 !
<br /> of the May 1, 1995 Annual Town Meeting and Articles 29, 30, and 31 of the May 1994 Annual
<br /> Town Meeting, notwithstanding that an order stating that betterments are to be assessed was not
<br /> made within ninety days from the acceptance by the Town of the laying out of said ways,
<br /> notwithstanding that an order of intention to impose betterments was not made prior to making
<br /> the improvements, and notwithstanding that assessments were not made within six months after
<br /> the completion of the improvements, or take any other action relating thereto.
