Submitted by the Board of Selectmen Motion made to accept as read with the deletion of `nor take any other action relating thereto'. Motion passes at 9:12 p.m. Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to establish the "Mashpee Human Services Committee", whose membership will be initially composed of seven (7) members, that will comprise the Mashpee Human Services Committee Executive Board. It will include the following: Member, Board of Selectmen; Member, Board of Health; Director of Leisure Services; Director, Council on Aging; and three (3) at-large members of the community, all of whom must.be unaffiliated residents of Mashpee, and neither of which may be affiliated with a town department, or service provider. At-large members shall be appointed by the Board of Health for a one year term starting in June 1996 to June 1997. Elected or appointed Town boards or committees may meet during Town Meetings at the place where the Town Meeting is held, for the sole purpose of making recommendations and advising Town Meeting participants on any matter included in the Warrant for that Town Meeting." or take any other action relating thereto.
