"A. No person or organization shall dump, discharge, inject or allow to be discharged, <br /> buried, or injected into the groundwater located within or below the Town of <br /> Mashpee any known carcinogens (as defined by the United States Environmental <br /> Protection Agency or the Massachusetts Department of Environmental <br /> Protection) at levels at or above zero (0) parts per billion nor shall any person <br /> knowingly allow the same to occur. <br /> "B. Any person or organization violating the provisions of this section shall be <br /> punishable by a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.) per day of infraction.
