Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $137,500 to fund a contract between the Town and Mass. To see if the Town will vote to grant a cost of living adjustment to Personnel Administration Plan (P.A.P.) employees for FY `96 - 3% and FY `97 - 2 1/2% and to vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $24,225.60 with said funds to be distributed by the Town Accountant, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Personnel Board Motion The Town vote to grant a cost of living adjustment to Personnel Administration Plan (P.A.P.) employees FY "96 - 3% and FY "97 - 2 1/2% and for said purpose the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from revenue available for appropriation $9,500 to the 1996 P.A.P. Retroactive Salary Account and $14,725.60 to various 1997 Salary Wage j Accounts funds to be distributed by the Town Accountant. Motion passes at 7:41 p.m. Article 4. To see if the Town will enter into an intermunicipal agreement pursuant to the provisions of G.L. C. 40, §4A or other applicable law to allow the Town to accept sums of money from the Water District for the purpose of repair of certain ways, or take any other action relating thereto.
