Article 8. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to upgrade the position of Personnel Administrator from Grade 12 <br /> to Grade 16 to be effective July 1, 1996, and to raise and appropriate or transfer from available <br /> funds $2,228.42 to the Personnel Salary/Wage Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Personnel Board <br /> Motion The Town vote to upgrade the Personnel Administrator from Grade 12 to Grade <br /> 16 effective July 1, 1996 and for said purpose the T own vote to appropriate and transfer <br /> from revenue available for appropriation $2.,228.42 to the Personnel Salary/Wage Account. <br /> f <br /> Motion passes Yes 113 No 79 at 7:58 p.m. <br /> Article 9. ` <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $5,000 to <br /> the State Aid Equity Account for the purposes of funding potential legal expenses with other <br /> Cape communities regarding the State Education Reform Act funding formula, or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Motion The Town vote to appropriate and transfer from revenue available for <br /> appropriation $5,000 to the State Aid Equity Account. <br /> Motion passes at 7:59 p.m. <br /> Article 10. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of <br /> $7,725 to the Temporary Borrowing Interest Inside 2 1/2 Account and the sum of$280,422 to <br /> the Interest Outside 2 1/2 Account, and $5,000 to the Principal Outside 2 1/2 account, or take <br /> any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Town Treasurer/Tax Collector <br /> Motion: The Town vote to appropriate and transfer from revenue available for <br /> appropriation $293,147 to be distributed as follows $7,725 to the Temporary Borrowing <br /> Interest Inside 2 1/2 Account, $280,422 to the Interest Outside 2 1/2 Account, and $5,000 to <br /> the Principal Outside 2 1/2 Account. <br /> Motion passes at 8:00 p.m. <br />
