Articles for the Spring Annual Town Meeting must be submitted by the first <br /> Monday in March each year. Articles for the Fall Annual Town Meeting must be <br /> submitted by the first Monday in August each year. <br /> f <br /> D. The Selectmen will insert in said warrant, in the order received by the Town <br /> Clerk, any article or articles received by them as of said Monday in March and <br /> said Monday in August. The Finance Committee <br /> will include said report from the Capital Improvement Committee, including <br /> explanations, in its report to the Spring Annual Town Meeting. The Finance <br /> Committee will submit an article to the Board of Selectmen for inclusion in the j <br /> warrant of the budget for capital outlays as recommended by the Capital <br /> Improvement Committee. <br /> B.
