Article 49. k <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by amending Article XIII ! <br /> "Groundwater Protection District" as follows: <br /> In Section 174-79.A.(1) after the words entitled "Groundwater Protection District, Town of <br /> Mashpee," add: and on a map dated October 1996 entitled "Additional Groundwater Protection <br /> District, Town of Mashpee," <br /> In Section 174-79.B. add subsection: <br /> (8) Including all of the land within the following described lines: <br /> All of the land labeled "Zone II" on the map dated October 1996 entitled <br /> "Additional Groundwater Protection District." <br /> or take any other action thereto. j <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Motion by Kathy Lynch: Accept Article 49 except remove the language, " or take any other <br /> action thereto". <br /> Pat Coffey: Planning Board was unable to review this article for technical reasons, it was <br /> not posted on a public hearing warrant. <br /> Moderator: Since there was no hearing I cannot entertain the article. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postpone carries at 10:17 p.m. <br /> Article 50. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, or transfer from available funds, the sum of <br /> $5,000 as the Town's share to the Lake and Pond Grant Program for Mashpee Wakeby Pond and <br /> the Mashpee River for a Watershed Management Plan. Further, to direct the Board of Selectmen <br /> to file the Department of Environmental Management Lake and Pond Grant Program application <br /> by December 31, 1996. Said funds to be administered by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Motion: The Town vote to transfer from revenue available for appropriation the sum of <br /> $5,000 as the Town's share to the Lake and Pond Grant Program for Mashpee Wakeby <br /> Pond and the Mashpee River for a Watershed Management Plan; and further, to authorize <br /> the Board of Selectmen to file the Department of Environmental Management Lake and <br /> Pond Grant Program application by December 31, 1996.
