<br /> therefor on such terms as they shall deem proper,which and/or County grants,including reimbursement under
<br /> shall make said transfer of land contingent upon Chapter 132A,Section 11 of the General Laws,the "Self-
<br /> funding by the Water District for the construction of a Help Act",to be applied by the Town toward the
<br /> Water District office facility on the site;and further, financing of this purchase,and to enter into contracts or
<br /> vote that such land shall not be held by the Town as agreements with Federal,State and/or County agencies,
<br /> conservation land pursuant to the provisions of Section private conservation trusts or other entities or persons
<br /> 5-27 of the Town By-Laws;and further,vote to in connection with the purchase of such land and its
<br /> authorize the Board of Selectmen to petition the General preservation for conservation purposes;and finally,to
<br /> Court for special legislation authorizing such sale or see if the Town will authorize the Conservation
<br /> lease,notwithstanding any provisions of the General Commission and the Board of Selectmen to enter into
<br /> laws to the contrary;and finally,vote to authorize the agreements and execute any and all instruments as may
<br /> Board of Selectmen to enter into any agreements and be necessary on behalf of the Town to effectuate said
