"Commercial centers" as follows: <br /> Add the following sentence to subsection A: "In issuing such special permit, the <br /> Board shall ensure that the design of approved projects is in keeping with the <br /> character of the town and of Cape Cod." <br /> Replace the current language of subsection B with the following: <br /> "B.
