Motion passes unanimously at 7:56 p.m. i I Article 39 i i To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by adding the following new Subsection 174-25 H. (8) to the Table of Use Regulations: i "(8)Parking lot which is not accessory to another principal use on the same lot, subject to special permit approval by the Planning Board." j I And to indicate that such use is allowed by special permit in the C-1, C-1-O, C-1-SV, C-2 and I-1 districts by adding the letters "SP" in the Table of Use Regulations under those columns, while leaving the R-3 and R-5 f columns blank to indicate that such use is not allowed in those residential districts, or take any other action related thereto. i Submitted by Petition Explanation: Whether or not parking lots are allowed on lots separate from those on which there is a principal use requiring parking is not currently clear in the zoning bylaw. This amendment would specify that they are allowed,by special permit from the Planning Board, in commercial and industrial zones but are not allowed in residential zones. Motion made by F.
