(8) <br /> to the Table of Use Regulations: <br /> i <br /> "(8)Parking lot which is not accessory to another principal use on the same lot, subject to special permit <br /> approval by the Planning Board." j <br /> I <br /> And to indicate that such use is allowed by special permit in the C-1, C-1-O, C-1-SV, C-2 and I-1 districts by <br /> adding the letters "SP" in the Table of Use Regulations under those columns, while leaving the R-3 and R-5 f <br /> columns blank to indicate that such use is not allowed in those residential districts, or take any other action <br /> related thereto. <br /> i <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Explanation: Whether or not parking lots are allowed on lots separate from those on which there is a principal <br /> use requiring parking is not currently clear in the zoning bylaw. This amendment would specify that they are <br /> allowed,by special permit from the Planning Board, in commercial and industrial zones but are not allowed in <br /> residential zones. <br /> Motion made by F. Thomas Fudala.: I move that Article 39 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the <br /> exception of the phrase, "or take any other action related thereto."
