Motion made to amend to indefinitely postpone. Motion to amend to indefinitely postpone passes at 8:44 p.m. Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 8:44 p.m. Article 41 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Pickerel Cove Circle and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Account and to raise said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Roadways Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto. By execution of this Petition, the undersigned property owners hereby release all damage claims against the Town of Mashpee resulting from construction or eminent domain taking of any land necessary for laying out of Pickerel Cove Circle. Submitted by the Petition Recommendation: Finance Committee recommends approval. Motion made by Robert Whritenour. Motion: I move the Town authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Pickerel Cove Circle and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town raise and appropriate the sum of$5,000.
