Article 43 <br /> We the undersigned residents of Seabrook Village hereby petition the Board of <br /> Selectmen for the layout and acceptance of the Roads within our development, <br /> namely Surf Drive, Tradewind Drive, Leeshore Drive, Sextant Circle, Sandy Way, <br /> Driftwood Way, Barnacle Lane and Albatross Circle as public ways pursuant to <br /> Mashpee Bylaws Section 150-6. The undersigned residents agree to release the <br /> Town from any and.all damage claims resulting from the laying out, grading and <br /> construction of the way and the taking by eminent domain of any land necessary to <br /> lay out the way.
