Article 44 , , <br /> 4 � <br /> We the undersigned residents of Harbor Ridge Drive hereby petition the Board of <br /> Selectmen for the layout and acceptance of the Harbor Ridge Drive as a public way <br /> pursuant to Mashpee Bylaws Section 150-6. The undersigned residents agree to <br /> release the Town from-any and all damage claims resulting from the laying out, ' <br /> grading and construction of the way and the taking by eminent domain of any land <br /> necessary to lay out the way.
