Article 35 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw as follows: <br /> Renumber Subsection 174-79.B.(7)to become Subsection 174-79.B.(5), or take any <br /> other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: In reviewing an amendment adapted under article 9 of the warrant for <br /> the October 7, 1991 Annual Town Meeting warrant,the Attorney General's office <br /> noted that amendments to the zoning bylaw had left Subsection 174-79.B. with <br /> subsections (1),(2),(3),(4) and(7)and suggested that we renumber subsection(7)to <br /> become(5)to avoid any confusion because of out-of-sequence numbering. This <br /> article would do so. <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on April 19, 2000 3-0 for <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters. <br /> Motion: I move Article 35 be voted as printed in the warrant with the exception of <br /> the phrase, "or take any other action Ablating thereto". <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:47 p.m. <br /> A TRUE COPY ATTEST <br /> i - <br /> 7UVUN C ERK OF M EE, MA <br /> i <br />
