Article 34 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw as follows: <br /> Renumber the Subsection 174-5.C. "IC Overlay District"approved under Article 27 of <br /> the warrant for the October 1999 Annual Town Meeting to become subsection 174- <br /> 5.E., <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: In reviewing and approving article 27 of the October 1999 Annual <br /> Town Meeting warrant,the Attorney General's office noted that the Town had <br /> previously adopted another Subsection 174-5.C. regarding Wireless Facilities and <br /> suggested that this corrective article be filed. As there is also a Subsection 174-5.D., <br /> the proposed renumbering is to 174-5.E. <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on April 19,2000 3-0 for <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green. <br /> t <br /> Motion: I move Article 34 be voted as printed in the warrant with the exception of <br /> the phrase,"or take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:46 p.m. <br /> TRUE COPY, EST <br /> TOWN CL K OF MA E M <br />
