<br /> §174-5. Establishment of Zoning Map
<br /> A. Except for Floodplain, Mashpee and Quashnet River Protective Districts, Primary and Secondary
<br /> Conservation Areas as shown on the Open Space Incentive Plan, Groundwater Protective Districts,
<br /> Areas of Critical Environmental Concern and the Otis A.N.G. B. Accident Prevention Zone, the j j
<br /> location and boundaries of these districts are hereby established as shown on the most recently dated
<br /> version of a map entitled "Zoning Map of the Town of Mashpee," bearing the signatures of the
<br /> members of the Planning Board and on file in the office of the Town Clerk, which map, with all
<br /> explanatory matter thereon,in declared to be a part of this chapter.
<br /> B. The boundaries of the Popponesset Overlay District shall be as follows: Beginning at the northwest
<br /> corner of Map 123, Block 162, as shown on the 1992 Mashpee Assessors' Maps, thence
<br /> southeasterly to the shoreline of Nantucket Sound; thence following said shoreline northeasterly to
<br /> the northeastern corner of Map 118, Block 14; thence northwesterly and northeasterly along the
<br /> eastern property line of said parcel and of Map 112, Block 59B to the shoreline of Popponesset
<br /> Creek; thence following the shoreline of Popponesset Creek to the southeastern corner of Map 112,
<br /> Block 44; thence westerly along the southern property line of said lot to Shore Drive; thence
<br /> northerly along Shore Drive and westerly along Strawberry Lane to the southeastern corner of Map
<br /> 112, Block 100; thence northwesterly to the northeastern corner of said lot; thence southwesterly to
<br /> the southwestern corner of Map 111,Block 139;thence northwesterly along the property line of said
<br /> lot to Spoondrift Way; thence southwesterly along Spoondrift Way, northwesterly along Wading
<br /> Place Road and southwesterly along Alma Road to the northern comer of Map 111, Block 187;
<br /> thence southwesterly along a straight line to the western corner of Map 117, Block 236; thence,
<br /> southeasterly along Nicks Trail and southwesterly along Uncle Percy's Road to the northeastern
<br /> corner of Map 123, Block 187; thence generally southerly and easterly along the eastern property
<br /> line of said parcel to the northern shoreline of Dean's Pond; thence following said shoreline
<br /> northeasterly to the northeastern coiner of Map 123,Block 54;thence following a straight line to the

<br /> C. The Wireless Facility Overlay District shall include 1) the area within the 210 foot wide
<br /> Commonwealth Electric Company transmission line easement running generally east-west between
<br /> the Falmouth town line and the Barnstable town line, 2) all other lands in the Town which are not
<br /> located within the boundaries of the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge, within 1000 feet of the
<br /> mean high water line of a Great Pond or a tidal water body, within Historic Districts, within 1000
<br /> feet of a Historic District or of structures or places listed in the Massachusetts State Register of
<br /> Historic Places, within the Otis A.N.G.B. Accident Prevention Zone R-3 or R-5 Zoning Districts or
<br /> within 300 feet of the right of way of any designated scenic roadway. [Added 10-5-98 ATM,Art.
