t <br /> r <br /> Article 23 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Mashpee Code by striking Chapter 40, Article I, <br /> Section 40-4 (A.) and inserting in place thereof the following language: <br /> "A. Every Annual and Special Town Meeting and every annual and special election shall be <br /> called in pursuance to a Warrant.
