Article 27 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 172 of the Mashpee Code by renumbering 1 <br /> Subsection 2 of Section 7.A as Subsection 3 and relettering and renumbering subsection <br /> references therein as shown on a proposed amended subsection on file in the Office of the <br /> Town Clerk, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Conservation Commission <br /> Explanation: The subsection in question was unanimous) ' <br /> y passed at last October's Town <br /> Meeting and was approved by the Attorney General. However, it was erroneously numbered as <br /> Subsection 2, when there already was a Subsection 2. It should have been numbered as <br /> Subsection 3. The amendment proposed by this article includes additional relettering and <br /> renumbering of the renumbered Subsection 3 to make it consistent with the pre-existing <br /> numbering/lettering.
