Article 36 <br /> We, the undersigned residents of Leatherleaf Lane, Bog River Bend and Ferngully Pass, hereby <br /> petition the Board of Selectmen for the layout and acceptance of Leatherleaf Lane, Bog River <br /> Bend and Ferngully Pass as a public way pursuant to Mashpee Bylaws section 150-6. The <br /> undersigned residents agree to release the Town from any and all damage claims resulting from <br /> the laying out, grading and construction of the way and the taking by eminent domain of any <br /> land necessary to lay out the way.
