Article 37 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a <br /> plan laying out and defining Frog Pond Close, and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses <br /> incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available <br /> funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Frog Pond Close Roadways Account and to raise <br /> said appropriation, the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to <br /> borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, <br /> Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town <br /> therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from ' <br /> available funds a sum of money to the Frog Pond Close Roadways Account to provide interest <br /> and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Motion to be made by Petitioner. <br /> I move the Town vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare <br /> a plan laying out and defining Frog Pond Close and to accomplish said purpose and <br /> for expenses incidental and related thereto the Town vote to raise and appropriate <br /> $5,000 to the Frog Pond Close Roadways Account. <br /> P <br /> i <br /> 51. <br />
