Article 18 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Grenadier Lane and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Grenadier Lane Account and to raise said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Grenadier Lane Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by Petition Recommendation: The Finance Committee does not recommend approval. Article 19 To see if the town will accept the layout of those portions of Polaris Drive and Gemini Rd that are within the boundaries of The Holland Mill subdivision, and Libra and Aries Lanes in their entirety, as public ways as shown on a plan entitled "Road Easement Taking Plan, Holland Mill Subdivision in Mashpee, Massachusetts (Barnstable County)", dated December 13, 2000 by the BSC Group, Inc. which layout shall have been flied in the Office of the Town Clerk, not later than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase, or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of such ways as so laid out, and to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds, or borrow a sum or sums for such purchase or taking including borrowing costs therefore ,(sic) and to further authorize the Board of Selectmen to assess betterments to the owners of the land abutting the ways, or take any other action relating thereto. Article 20 To see If the Town will vote to amend the Zoning by-law by amending the Zoning Map to change that portion of the parcel shown on the 2001 Mashpee Assessor' (sic) Maps as Map 54, Block 5 lying within 625 feet of the center line of Route 28 from I-1 Industrial (also being in the I-C Overlay Zone) to C-2 Commercial and to delete the corresponding portion of the I-C Overlay Zone, or take any other action related thereto.
