housing inventory maintained by the Mass. Housing Appeals Board under G.L. Chapter 40B, with such transfer to be made subject to a permanent deed restriction, which may contain a reverter clause,permanently restricting the sale or resale price, or rental cost, of any homes or ; apartments constructed on said parcels to no more than that considered affordable for persons of low income as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing&Urban Development and qualified for continued listing in the above affordable housing inventory; and finally, the Town vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to convey such parcels for such affordable housing purposes, and to make use of other instrumentalities of the Town or other agencies and to enter into any agreements necessary, to effect the transfer of such land in accordance with this vote. Motion: To see if the Town will vote that those parcels shown on the 2001 Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map 62, Blocks 28 and 29 shall not be held for the Town as conservation land; and further, vote to authorize the Selectmen to transfer for no consideration to the Mashpee Affordable Housing Trust for the construction on such land,under the "Local Incentive Program"the building of affordable housing within the meaning of the Housing Act of 1937, and qualifying for listing in the affordable housing inventory maintained by the Mass. Housing Appeals Board under G.L. Chapter 40B, with such transfer to be made subject to a permanent deed restriction, which contains a reverter clause, permanently restriction the sale or use of said ' property for anything other than affordable housing as defined by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development and qualified for continued listing in the above affordable housing inventory; and finally voted to authorize the Board of Selectmen to petition the General Court for special legislation authorizing such transfer and restrictions, to make use of other agencies and a instrumentalities of the Town, including but not limited to the Mashpee Housing Authority and to enter into any agreements necessary, to effect the transfer of such land in accordance with this article. Motion to amend passes at 8:20 p.m. Amended motion passes by 2/3rds vote at 8:20 p.m. i Article 14 To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by replacing Subsection 174-45.2B.(4) with the following: TT "(4) In addition to the Dimensional Requirements specified in §174-25E.(11), a twenty(20) foot !i vegetative buffer containing adequate screening given the character of the neighborhood and the intensity of the use shall be provided between adult entertainment uses and abutting commercial uses, if any." or take any other action relating thereto.
