There shall be six (6) types of fees to be charged <br /> (1) Neutered male and spayed female licenses { <br /> (2) Male and female licenses <br /> (3) Transfer licenses (regardless of sex of the dog) <br /> (4) Substitute tags <br /> (5) Residential Kennel licenses <br /> (6) Commercial Kennel licenses; <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Animal Control Officer <br /> Explanation: Town meeting approval of this article will add the new kennel license fees <br /> required under the previous article to the current list of license fees already contained in the <br /> Town's General Code. <br /> Article 17 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaws, Section 174-31, Footnote 14, Land <br /> Space Requirements Table by adding the following: <br /> In Commercial and Industrial Districts, any land within the side and rear lot lines shall ' <br /> �Y <br /> have a (10) foot vegetated buffer, wither in its natural state or a landscape plan M { <br /> approved by the Design Review Committee, with the recommendations made to the x <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals or the Planning Board. <br /> or take any other action relating thereto.
