Such sign will be limited to the name of the <br /> business <br /> and shall direct the public to its location. Such signs may not exceed forty(40) square feet in <br /> signboard area and may not be closer than twelve (12) feet to any lot line. The top edge of any such <br /> freestanding sign shall be not higher than twenty-five (25)vertical measure above the average level of the <br /> ground bet-ween the supports of each sign or take any other action related thereto. <br /> e <br /> EXPLANATION; <br /> aThe purpose of this Article would allow a commercial business that is not visible from the road to advertise <br /> its location at a road access point.
